Chef Ajay Chaudhary is one of the most humble and respectable chefs in the industry. Despite winning multiple awards and fame, he is still very down to earth with vast experience in the food and catering business and runs his own restaurant in Bhopal.

He is one of the chefs who brings a wealth of experience and talent to the kitchen. His passion for contemporary food coupled with his Indian background and honed regional cooking techniques paved the way for a sophisticated and innovative dining experience.

Mr. Ajay caters an experience of about 12 years in the hotel industry and has worked with some renowned properties i.e. Marriott, Taj Group, Starwood, Oberoi and many more.

He is one of the specialized cooks who is known for his hard work and got a huge coverage by various media i.e Zee Khana Khazana, Zee Business, G2 Magazine, The Food and Beverage, Hindustan Times etc.
